ABOUT ME

I am a qualified, BACP-registered therapist based in Edinburgh. I trained at the University of Edinburgh in person-centred and psychodynamic counselling, and I work one-to-one with adults with a wide range of troubles such as depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, work stress, and LGBT issues.

From my personal experience, I have a firm belief in the potential of both natural spaces and physical movement to improve well-being, and so in addition to offering “traditional” counselling indoors, I also offer Walk and Talk therapy in the green spaces in and around Edinburgh.

My therapeutic approach is centred on creating a safe, respectful, and honest connection with you. Together, we will turn towards any emotions or feelings that may be troubling you at present, or that may have arisen in past experiences. In developing a deep understanding of your difficulties, I will work with you towards mental and emotional well-being.
